 So we know from Kiss Kiss Bang Bang the general story of how Gwen and Rhys got engaged, but I was wondering if anyone wrote fic on how it went down,  canon-compliant or not. Or any fics where Rhys attempted to propose to Gwen and it didn't go down as planned because of "Bloody Torchwood". Crack is okay, but no break-up fics, please.
