Here's a list of Owen/Ianto stories I made a while back, in response to this request for stories in which Ianto was with a male character who was not Jack (aka Ianto/OMCTINJ :)). I'm pasting in the Ianto/Owen portion of the list. Since the request was for Ianto as part of a pairing, these links are all stories with Ianto and Owen as part of a sexual/romantic relationship. This is ranking, in my world, one of the best stories I have ever read. It's a WIP, and recently it's been updated quite frequently. Oh the angst! The plotlines! The blood ties! Honestly read, read, read!

Shooting the Messenger, by salmon_pink renders their… abrasive relationship nicely. Voyeurism and arguable dubcon.

Also, not a perfect match for your preferences (no snark), but if you run through all the other fantastic recs: Wonderland, Soft-Boiled by blue_fjords might scratch the itch some?
