Actually, they are smuggling ball gags into the country... my goodness gracious! Heaven knows there are not enough ball gags in the country! More ball gags! More ball gags!

Can we add Congress to that list? It might slow down the progression of some of the stupid laws around here...
After all, the opposite of progress IS congress...
