I've finished 11 books since school let out three weeks ago. I particularly enjoyed The Penderwicks. It almost made me cry. And hey, I want a Cagney of my own. :)
I want the next book, btw. D:
I also want the next two books of Percy Jackson & the Olympians. It's a pretty good series; I've always been fascinated by the gods of Olympus.
I've also been reading the Chronicles of Narnia. I stopped reading after the fifth book to read The Alchemyst and The Magician, which I am very impressed by, btw, and of which I am very eagerly awaiting the next installment ---
But I also really enjoy the Chronicles. The first book was totally ugly in my opinion, but when I started reading TLWW, things started to make sense because I'd watched the movie. XD; I have two more books to go ---
But that's after I read The Tale of Despereaux.
After reading that, and then the last two books of the Chronicles, I'll hunt down Howl's Moving Castle [if I even have it, I might be mistaken], and then read its companion and then its sequel. :)
I'm looking on Amazon.com right now, and I'm really wanting the 39 Clues series as well. It's going to be a series of ten, and each of the books will be done by a different author --- but the plot is Rick Riordan's, who wrote the first book, as well as Percy Jackson and the Olympians.
I might also want The Mysterious Benedict Society.
And the Fablehaven series.
And I've been wanting the Leventhumps series as well.
And maybe perhaps the Sisters Grimm series.
...oh, and I also want Pokemon Platinum. :|
nothing beats the feeling of having a pile of brand-new books in front of you.
Yeah. I hope this'll last me through the summer. :)
