just got back from 12 hours of being out - gosh. i sound like such a night creature but i'm really not, i assure you. i just happen to keep meeting up with friends recently. :P anyfork, met Lai, Lizzie & Pok for lunch today. i had some pretty nice curried soft shell crab with rice at Thai Express but decided not to kill myself with the red bean dessert, although the thought of coconut ice-cream was very tempting. we walked around for a bit looking for a mic for Pok, and then she dragged us to go look at trumpets in Yamaha - yes, trumpets XD and then i had to run to school to do logs stuff for camp.
spent 3 hours walking with Soo Lan just to find 4 items. we walked so much that i think i can safely say we did quite a few km - prolly at least 6? it felt like more though. @_@ plus it decided of all days to RAIN so that compounded our misery further. Army Market is actually a pretty cool place. there were quite a few pre-NS guys there trying to buy stuff. one guy standing next to me was being ordered around by his mother. O_o you'd think that at age (at least) 18, these boys would know how to go and get their NS stuff on their own but nooo, this boy had his mother checking off things on a list for him. O___________O anyway, we ignored them and bought 56 lightsticks for camp. XD then we walked and walked to find a bus stop and got off 1 stop too late. so that meant extra walking. i was practically overjoyed when we finally SAW the business block. @_@
dropped the stuff off in school and then ran to Bugis to meet the 2sb6 people - or rather, a very sad bunch of us. in total there were only 6 of us - 2 girls and 4 guys! is this what our class has been reduced to? :( but we had a nice time - dinner at nydc, followed by a confusing drive to Arab Street (no thanks to
minion_of_sab XD) to look for Blu Jaz Cafe where we sat around for awhile, the guys ate more (their stomachs scare me), i had a lovely ice blended chocolate and we listened to some overwhelmingly loud jazz music. we got bored after a bit so we decided to head home. Yicheng was nice enough to give us all a lift to somewhere convenient (at times like these i thank my parents for choosing a home at such a central location) so we dropped Sabbie off first at Bugis, followed by Albert off at somewhere near City Hall, then i directed him to my house but we got stuck outside SMU. XD i forgot that the Night Festival was taking place at Campus Green so there were police roadblocks outside the library. Yicheng thought he could get through by flashing his police card but er i don't think they would have let him in anyway. >_> i'm still quite amused that the area i live in is under his division though. i've never seen him patrolling my area whut. O_o after 893475982 minutes, we finally reached Newton and i was dropped off outside ex-Elmira (Ching, your old house is GONE) and walked home from there. i love having friends who can drive and are nice enough to send you home. XD pity
saleewenling studies in Australia. -.-

4. My room is painted dark purple. VRAI. evidence is
here.
5. I am part of the 3rd generation on my mother's side of the family to go to SCGS. VRAI. my grandaunt was the first, my mom and all her female cousins 2nd, and me and some of my female cousins 3rd. SC PRYDE, as Ching puts it. ^^
6. I own a Ferrari and a Porsche. FAUX. don't even have 'em toy cars, yo.
