Karma Hunters by The Pinker Tones is one of the strangest and most illogical songs i've ever heard. O_o i'm listening to wmp radio on URGE, btw. (click Radio > Latin > Revolu. they have great Latin music, with occasional exceptions like this.)
school is just getting increasingly insane. the work is piling, the projects are growing, and i'm slightly overwhelmed. everything seems manageable, but only when i look at things one at a time. am i even making sense? X_x so far what i've got on my hands are the obhr001 CSP and comm101 group profile presentation (we're doing Brazil). that doesn't include the weekly stats102 quizzes, heeyooge amounts of readings for socg001 and psyc001 AND psych001 hw. plus the socy quiz on wednesday, and the proj which is coming. ;______; already i have at least 2 weekly meetings per proj. at this rate i shall be living in GSRs (Group Study Rooms). is this why they compensate us by giving us a 4-month summer break? *wails*
i guess most of you know about the Vanessa Hudgens photo thingy. i didn't realise how much it affected me till i actually felt sick watching her sing/dance on telly last night. O_O and i only saw the censored photo, btw. what i'm wondering is whether Zac is innocent in this whole thing. if he instigated her to take the photos then i can only say he has lost my respect for him.
anyway, despite the crazy school workload, i managed to watch the last few rounds of the US Open. Justine Henin is my HERO. *kneels* she >>> all. i was so glad she won. :) woke up at 4.30am to catch the start of Novak vs Roger, but went back to bed at 5.20am before mom woke up so she wouldn't shriek at me. woke up again in time to catch the last 2 games of the final set. of course, Roger won, but by a very close margin. he really is a very good and intelligent player, and i still admire him greatly. Novak has great potential. :) and does great impersonations. XDXDXD go youtube it. his Rafa and Sharapova are HILARIOUS. speaking of that, Maria was among the Novak supporters this morning. HMMMMMMM. tsktsk. well if they are really together they'll be my tennis OTP. <3
sadly, things didn't go as well for Spain and Ferrari yesterday. Spain drew 1-1 with Iceland (thank you, Iniesta!) and Xabi got sent off (wrongly, so i heard!). Massa crashed out and Kimi ended up 3rd, giving McLaren a 1-2 finish at Monza. :(((
overall, things aren't looking so good, are they. *sighs*
anyway, does anyone have Easy by Paula DeAnda? i'm quite obsessed with it. must be all the TRL i've been watching lately.
right. off to bed. have to be in school by 8am tmr for the presentation rehearsal.
