hello! it's been a long while as usual. :P

i felt like i had a very unproductive weekend - all i did was catch up on variety shows. not that that's a bad thing, but i just felt very unhealthy. as it is i lead a completely sedentary lifestyle on weekdays (unless you count the 15 mins of walking i do on the way to work and the 200m sprint to catch the bus IF i don't do OT), so i thought i should attempt to be more active on weekends. but alas, i was suffering from terrible hormonal imbalance this weekend and as a result was completely grumpy and reluctant to move from my chair. so last night i took the first step by buying some healthy cereal - Post's Great Grains Cranberry Almond Crunch! yaye. it looks nice (and it was on sale hurhur). i hope it tastes good too. i thought it would make for a good mid-morning snack since i tend to start feeling ravenous around 10.30-11am in the office.

today i still felt too nua to do anything apart from be a couch potato but! i did suggest going on a walking trail next week with some friends... we'll see how they respond. :/ i also dloaded the Calorific and Workout Trainer app on my phone. tbh i don't think i eat too unheathily atm but it's always good to be more conscious of which foods are good for you i guess. and i really don't exercise enough so hopefully the Workout Trainer will help me too, even if it's just 10 minutes of stretching or whatever. tried out one of the "casual" workouts and already feel like my arms are falling off, this is a definite sign that i need to strengthen my muscles.

so... goals for the immediate future = eat more fruits, try out short exercises everyday or at least every other day. we'll see how long i can keep this up. my problem is i'm usually very enthusiastic in starting things but i get bored easily so i tend to be horrible at sustaining things. :P

okay! back to video watching while i wait for my hair to dry so i can go to bed.

p.s. if anyone has whatsapp... i have it now too. :)
