i suppose i'd better get down to a. posting photos of stuff i've bought, b. bedroom picspam (pics taken, just haven't uploaded 'em) and c. doing those Fran Merida banners i promised to for the comm challenge. aaaaaaaaand i still haven't figured out what to do with my face and hair for prom. grr. i also need to find accessories because Grandma's bracelet is too expensive and i'll need to hire bodyguards if i want to borrow it. >.<
Bought my prom heels from Vivocity on wednesday. it's $28.80 from Charles&Keith. OMG YAYE so cheap! black and silver. very pretty. and it makes me taller than my brother. the 6 of us had a fun time trawling the entire mall, though we all have jelly legs now. that was Day 4 of my Intensive Shopping Therapy Session aka Operation Prom. ah pok spent the whole time trying to convince me to wear the most ridiculous accessories. obviously the Sydney sun has damaged her brain.
jacq came to stayover from weds till just now. it was awesome just hanging out, lazing around, talking rubbish, reading her giant stack of UK football mags (with megaposters of Cesc and co.) and of course, making her wear my Mickey earmuffs. *giggles* lai came over yesterday to watch telly and slack too. XD she lent me her choir makeup to experiment with. i discovered that red makes me look like a wayang artist, and brown has no effect on me. black eyeliner is cool but my mom said it makes me look evil. i think i'll settle for a dark blue or something. *shrugs* i honestly have no clue about makeup.
this video makes me laugh and gasp in amazement all the time. the choreography is astonishing!
