I'm a noob

I think this is a pretty solid, non-partisan website

Okay, so I'm not really one to get all worked up about voting, frankly, I think it's become kind of a sham.  But I at least like to stay informed on what's going on.  So here's what I'm leaning towards as far as the propositions go:

Proposition 1A: Transportation Funding Protection - YES
Proposition 1B: Highway Safety, Traffic Reduction, Air Quality, and Port Security Bond Act of 2006.- YES.  I pretty much trust most of Perata's enviro. bills anyways.
Proposition 1C: Housing and Emergency Shelter- I'm a little unsure of this one, just because I don't entirely understand bonds and am not sure if I really like them, but at the same time, I know my mother has been trying to enlist the state's help to get a house for years, but is still like number one billion on some list, so I have personal reasons for voting YES.
Proposition 1D: Kindergarden-University Public Education Facilities- UNSURE- I think this bill could focus on a lot more important things so I'm leaning towards no.
Proposition 1E: Disaster Preparedness and Flood Prevention- TENTATIVE NO.  On the one hand, I do think we need to work on our levees, on the other hand, I think it's more important that we stop development in suburban neighborhoods (like Natomas) where people aren't really meant to live and thus are at a high risk for flooding.
Proposition 83: Jessica's Law- NO.  I don't think it's fair that it expands the definition of what is a violent predator, while at the same time increases the punishment and makes it harder for them to take up residence.  I need to read a little bit more about this one, however.
Proposition 84: Water Quality. Natural Resource Protection: YES- it may be expensive, but I'm environmental dude, plus I may be influenced by my work.  Either way, the water you drink is important.
Proposition 85: Parental Notification- NO NO NO NO NO.  I saw a sign in a catholic store window that said "protect our children, vote yes on 85".  Bullshit.
Proposition 86: Tax on Cigarettes- NO DEFINATELY NOT.  And if you're going to vote yes because you want to "help people quit" (I don't need your help thank you very much) consider this- every time they raise the cigarette tax, cigarette companies raise the amount of nicottine in cigarettes, making them even more lethal.
Proposition 87: Alternative Energy. Tax on California Oil- YES
Proposition 88: Education Funding. Real Property Parcel Tax- NO
Proposition 89: "Clean Money" Initiative- YES
Proposition 90: Government Acquisition, Regulation of Private Property- NO?  I'm not sure, I don't really have an opinion.

If you think I'm wrong about anything, persuade me.  That's why I posted this.  Well... also so I would have something to reference when I'm voting and to try and make you vote for what I'm voting for, of course.
