warning: the story is from a movie that i love.. XD oh... and i have no beta.
a/n: waaa~! finally, i'm able to write this without any problems! whew. Oh. and I did my best in this one. I even edited what I've typed and I used proper capitalizations . If you spot some errors, please do tell me. :)

Kame blushed when Ayase kissed him.
"A..ano...I'll go ahead" Kame said then went back to his car.
"Yosh...Let's go bar hooping." Jin said while turning on his engine.
"What? I thought you wanted to talk to Kame? Let's follow him home." Koki said
"As you've said, there's no need. He and Ayase are going along fine."
Koki raised an eyebrow.
"You're not jelous right?" He asked his boss.
"Me? Jelous?" Jin paused to think...
"Why should I be jelous?" Jin said.
When he went home, Jin sat on his cahir inside the red room. "Why should I be jelous" he asked himself.

"Hey! Nee-chan! Stop picking on me. You're embarrassing me in front of Ayase!" Kame told his sister.
Ayase laughed at the way Kame whined
"On the contrary, I find him amusing.He's spontaneous and I think he's really cute." Ayase told eveyone
"Wow! what did he feed you?" Kashii asked Ayase but she just laughed.
"Shut up!" Kame glared at his younger sister.
"Ah..Ayase, Do you want more shrimp? How about some soup?" Kame took care of Ayase while they were eating and made sure she eats well.
Jin and Koki sat at one end of the table. They were also invited by Kame's family for lunch. Anyway, they've always been there whenever Kame and Jin worked
together. Jin was unconsciously staring at Kame and Ayase's sweetness to each other. He just saw Ayase feed Kame some shrimp. It's funny because before, when Ayase wasn't around, it was Jin that Kame took care of. He made sure that Jin and Koki ate well and that they're comfortable during their stay at their home but Jin knows that that was only a sign of friendship and what's happening in front of him now is love.
Koki seeing his boss' frown had an idea.
"Uh.. How about some more crabs, boss? mussells? soup? How about more rice?Come on boss, don't be shy...Oh, and here's some juice!" Koki offered Jin
everything within his reach and acted like his mother.
Jin just sighed. He really wanted to grope Koki at that moment but he knew that the other was just trying to make him feel better.
After lunch, Jin and Kame's mother played chess in the garden. Their favorite spot is in front of the memorabilia of Kame's deceased father.
"Checkmate!" Kame's mom announced happily.
"Oi! Oi! Oi! Check mate? Can't I change my move?" Jin asked
Koki who was watching at the sideline kneeled in front of the memorabilia.
"Please Mr. Kamenashi, Don't coach Judge Kamenashi too much!" Koki pleaded.
"That's right!" Jin said
"He has beaten my boss with every move!" Koki said
"Oi! Koki!"
"That's not true my dear.Whenever I'm playing with you, I'm always on my toes." Mrs. Kamenashi said.
"That's not true." Jin said again
"I've won many times but that's all luck." She said.
Kame's mom laughed.
"You must miss him so much." Jin suddenly said referring to Kame's father.
"Everyday." She said and smiled.
"Is it worth it? I mean, you love him so much. You had such an emotional investment on him. Then, just like that, he passed away.You had him for only a short time. He left you for good." Jin said
Kam's mom shook her head.
"No, dear. My husband has not left me at all.Never. I don't have to see him for me to say that he's here. I just know that he's here." She said
"That's why you never re-married?"
"Why should I? Once you found forever,you won't look for anything else."
"EHH?! Judge, I didn't know you're corny." Koki said
"Ah.. Koki-ki, remember, I'm a judge..." Kame's mom reminded him
"Ah. sou. Sorry sorry. I was just kidding. ehehehe..."
"Hmmm? You better be."
"But seriously, judge. Love? That's nothing to me!" Koki said while giving Jin a quick glance
Jin didn't notice and just continued arranging the chess pieces.
"Forever forever? It gives me the creeps! Right Boss?" Koki asked Jin in a teasing voice.
Jin just ignored him
"You know, when you fall in love, you'd know it.When it hits you, it hits you" Kame's mom said before making her move.
"What if I'm stupid?i didn't know that I've already fallen in love?" Koki asked
"Then you must REALLY be stupid!"
Jin looked up to Kame's mom when she said this.
"Ah! sou.. I guess you're right. I really am STUPID." Koki said, emphasizing on the last word.
Jin heard some laughter and that caught his attention. When he looked around, he saw Kame and Ayase playing with the kids.
Kame's mom watched as Jin looks at her son. she sighed
"Your move, my dear." She told Jin
"Oh! right." Jin just made a quick move the went back to look at Kame and Ayase.
Kame's mom gave a puzzled look but then, she made her next move.
"It's your fault. You had it...but you let it go." She said
"What?" Jin didn't understand what Mrs. Kamenashi was saying.
She pointed at the chess pieces.
"Checkmate, my dear."
It was already evening and Kame's niece and nephews are going to bed. Jin said his good night to the children. Then, he saw Kame's aunts.
"Hey! Give me a peck!" Jin said and the two women gladly did.
"I think we found a perfect match!" Eri whispered to Jin.
"Really?"
"Yes! Thanks to you, my dear!" Kaori said
"Of course! Next time, I'll find dates for you two. okay?"
"oh! That's exciting! We'll look forward to that dear but now, we have to go."
The two women gave Jin another pecl on the cheek.
When the two women were gone, Jin gulped on his beer. He was surprised when someone touched his collarbone.He turned around to see who it is.
"Ah! Ayase!" He said.
"Can't believe you're still sensitive on that spot." She said.
"Yeah yeah. It never came off. So, what's up?" Jin asked
"I'm good. I had a great time. Great family!"
"of course. His family is number 1!"
"Yeah. I mean, seriously Jin, if it weren't for you I wouldn't have met him."
"You know what, It's okay. Really, it's okay!"
Just then, Kame came.
"Hey! I'm going home" He told Jin.
"Oh! Home? Do you want me to drive you---"
Jin stopped when Kame held Ayase's hand and raised it to show him.
"Oh..yeah..right right. You brought your car and you need to take Ayase home." Jin said
"Hmmm... How can you even drive me home when my mom and Koki's at the garden waiting for you. Mom said you still have another round of chess." Kame said.
"Yeah. yeah. We still have a match. i still need to beat your mom."
"Whatever. Just don't tire her too mcuh." Kame said
"I know. I'm a good influence you know!"
"Whatever. Well, we better go."
"Right, right! Take care!" Jin told Kame and Ayase.
Jin watched as Kame and Ayase leave. Hands intertwined and swinging back and forth. Both were laughing and looked like they're having a good time together.
He doesn't know why he felt uneasy. He drank his beer then turned around to go back to the garden. As he turned back, Kame looked back at him. The smile on his face faded when he saw Jin walk away.

There was no work for him today so he told Koki he can also have the day off. Koki left early in the morning to see his family. Jin who was left behind looked for something to do. He checked the pantry and found some ingredients for lasagna. It's been ages since he made lasagna so he cooked.
He was outside Kame's shop for more than half an hour now. The lasagna was placed on the passenger seat. He can't decide whether he'll give it to Kame or not.
He crossed the street then sighed before opening the door to Kame's shop. The bell rang when he went in. Kame was on the second floor, standing on a chair and rubbing his walls.
"Hello?" Jin called
Kame stopped what he was doing and turned to greet Jin.
"Wow! Mr. Akanishi Jin! You finally showed up!" Kame said then ran down the stairs to see him.
"Uhmm.. I was busy at work." Jin said.
"Ehh? Liar! Koki told me you were always on a date!" Kamw said
"How come you're doing the cleaning?" Jin asked
"Yamapi had his day off and my helper is sick. I can manage on my own. Don't worry.What's that?" Kame pointed at the tray Jin was holding.
"Oh. I made some lasagna. Thought you might like it." Jin turned his back to Kame to open the tray.
When he did that, Kame smiled and ran at him. He jumped on Jin's back just like a little kid.
"Oi! what are you doing?" Jin asked when he felt Kame on his back.
"Lasagna! Thank You! I missed your cooking and, I can't believe I'm saying this, I missed you too."
"Yeah, right..."
"I'm not heavy right?" Kame asked
"I think you gained some weight." Jin teased.
Kame hit him on the head then jumped off Jin's back. When he did this, he slightly slipped. Good thing Jin was able to catch him. Jin pulled him up and now, they were face to face. Kame was laughing at his clumsiness.
Jin's face was serious. He stared at Kame. He saw how beautiful Kame's eyes were. His perfect lips. He can't stop himself. He pulled Kame closer to him and hugged him. with every second, he hugged him tighter. Kame who was still laughing at that time was surprised at Jin's action but he didn't resist. .
Unconsciously, He hugged him back and his hug also tightened over the other. So tight that he wanted the other to feel that he doesn't want to stop but then, he let go. He let go because he wanted to see Jin's face. Jin got the idea and loosened his hug on Kame. Now, they were again standing face to face.
Jin pressed their foreheads together. Kame closed his eyes. He felt Jin's face come closer and he himself leaned closer to the other.
Their nose touched then like a magnet, their lips locked. Jin didn't care what others say. He knows that Kame already has Ayase but he doesn't care. All that matters now is him. He wanted to do this for a very long time but he was too scared. Scared of what others might say and scared of Kame's rejection.
Kame on the other hand knows that what's happening is wrong but then, he never wanted it to stop. He didn't resist even a bit when Jin kissed him. He kissed him back. The kiss wasn't hard and demanding. It was soft and passionate.
They kissed and kissed for quite sometime but then, Jin pulled back. Kame, surprised at the sudden pause. Looked at Jin in the eye.
"Jin...Ayase's now my girlfriend." Kame said.
Upon hearing those words, Jin slowly backed away.
"Good" was all he had to say.
He scratched his nape then sighed.
"I mean... Good." he gave a weak smile
Kame stood in the same spot that he and Jin kissed. He looked at Jin worriedly.
"Yeah...Uhmmm...but...Uhmmm...I'm sorry. Uhhh.. I just dropped by to give you the lasagna. I hope you like it and...That's it. I better go." Jin said then went to the door.
"Jin..." Kame called after him.
Jin stopped in front of the door.
"I'm happy for you Kame.Really. I'm happy for you and Ayase.Mission Accomplished." Jin said then left.
