Umm... whoops!
I finally got around to doing my laundry today after work. Before I went to school for the day, I sorted all of the colors and such so that when I got home, I could just throw everything in the washer. So that's what I did... wash, then dry. Then when I was checking how my clothes were coming along in the dryer, my memory stick for my digital cam pops out of the dryer. I was like, "Oh shit!" I swore I had taken it out of my pocket before putting it in the wash (since I had developed some pictures yesterday), but apparently I didn't. I thought I had checked all of my pockets before putting my clothes into the washer. WHOOPS. It looked fine, and when I tested it in my camera, most of the pictures were still intact. I'm grateful it didn't melt or explode, considering it survived a full wash cycle, as well as a good 45 minutes of high heat in the dryer. Thanks Sony, for making such a durable product! :P
It was motherf-ing hot today. 97 degrees and no breeze! *melts*
So my org's formal senior banquet is coming up, and after 2 years of attending, I'm finally graduating and finally getting honored! I bought a black satin strapless dress that fits me well... and I made an appointment to get my hair and makeup did. I'm also going to get a manicure and pedicure, cuz heck, I deserve it, and it's going to be my birthday month so why the f- not? But I have a problem... I've never worn a strapless anything (cuz I always believed that it's just asking to fall down... but this dress actually is quite snug at the chest) and I don't know how to get my hair styled. Since it's a strapless dress, shouldn't my hair be down? Doesn't that make sense? It would balance the look out. But what do I know? I'm fashionably-challenged.
Oh yeah, happy 20 months hun! (27th) It's been so long I had to count the months on my fingers! =*
