preliminary note
Hi to all. :> This is Tal's writing journal. The purpose of this journal is mainly to make posts of fandom and/or writing nature (though I often bypass the former and simply proceed quite unceremoniously toward the latter--apologies if I seem frighteningly random, though I'm not really, I believe) from which RL posts are ultimately subtracted. Since I will be deleting the other journal by October 16, this means that no future RL posts of any kind will be made after this date on the other journal--and certainly none here to begin with. This is not to say that my writing has no connection to me (because I am comprised of whatever experiences my memories are bound to). On the contrary, I believe that all art is but an aperture through which the human soul of the artist can at last be seen. I do not mean to shroud the viewing of this so-called aperture in any way (though who could see it?) but I do think that exiting the white noise of my general life will allow the picture to focus perhaps more clearly.
This journal has an open friending policy. Please feel free to friend/unfriend at whim, I don't want anyone to feel encumbered. I do make, however, flocked entries for writings that are poems, notes, originals, unfinished, and other types of works. If you know me from RL and also want to friend me, PLS. DIE POSER. KTHNX.
Previous writing located on the other journal will again be written here under backdated entries, and for easy viewing, stored in the memories. I think I'll be deleting any and all fic posts I may have made in communities, though, seeing as I never used fake LJ-cuts and that they're separate posts in themselves. In the case of writing that has been written for a community, however (such as themed communities or challenge communities, the like), I think what I'll do is simply save that post to the memories instead of either retyping it all again or saving the copies from my other journal. (I'm kind of insane, sorry.) In any case, I do have to review what does and what doesn't need to be posted in this journal.
