Flight cancelled due to "possibility of freezing rain"?
Flight that departs at 8:50am being cancelled at 2am due to "possibility of freezing rain"?
Ironic that half the flights are cancelled, yet the other half are still departing on schedule. Strange strange.
Stupid that they cancel a flight before it even starts raining. Had it been freezing rain at the time, and it was 2 hrs before departure I could understand. But almost 7 hours early and not raining yet? Stupid!
Air Canada can suck it right now.
Revised schedule puts me out at 2:05pm, arriving at 4:34pm. They'd better friggen hope that one isn't cancelled as well.
I still plan to head down to the terminal early though, in case all this freezing rain does in fact hit. I'd rather just deal with snow and wander around the airport for like 8 hrs than deal with stupid drivers on the 427 with slick roads. Besides I have books, and (thankfully) my DS.
