Monday nutshell
Overslept.
Drove home and went to work sans shower, nor brushing my teeth (forgot).
Forgot my work from work at Dave's place.
Noticed a humming noise coming from my car when turning the wheel to the left.
Drove slower to avoid annoying humming. This means going between 60-80 kms/hr.
Call dealership from work, who advises me it's likely a wheel bearing. Make appt for tomorrow to get it looked at/fixed.
Have day of DOOOOOOOOOOOOM at work, accomplishing little, annoying many, and being annoyed much much more.
Drive home to more frequent annoying humming, thus going 40-60 kms/hr to avoid annoyance. Make pretty promises to my car that I will just tow the damned thing to the dealership if it lets me arrive home intact.
Clearly, I arrived home. Now I'm going to go watch Gilmore Girls and eat chips to make myself feel better.
