Maturity or lack there-of.
So what can I say about maturity, some people just don't get it. This walk of people contains many I don't know and many I do know. Immature people include those who are not willing to see things from another's perspective. Ones that talk behind people's backs. One's who cheat...in more ways than one. And one's that only do things for their own personal gain, whether they realize it or not.
All I know are that these kind of people need to take responsibility for themselves, not try and take over what isn't there's, not claim credit for things that they did not personally come up with, and not claim how busy they are when they have already accepted the responsibility for what they wanted.
That's all I care to say on the matter, other than grow up, stop whining, and have a merry f-ing day.
