That letter song meme again (because I like it!)

Bad Girl She Used to Be - Paul Burch:  Oof.  This song made me fall in love with him, all those years ago.  It's simple, it's romantic and it's beautiful.  And I've told you all about the video.  Gorgeous.
Ballad in Plain D - Bob Dylan: Completely underrated.  An epic tune, a truly amazing tale.  Pick up a copy of  Another Side of Bob Dylan and listen to it.  You'll be glad you did.
Blue - the Jayhawks: One of the true perfect songs. It's catchy and poppy, the harmonies are stellar and it's probably the best thing the Jayhawks ever did.
Bennie and the Jets - Elton John: What the hell are the lyrics to this song?  I must have heard it a hundred times over the span of my life, and I still have no idea.  It's a fun song and I have nothing but positive memories of dancing to it with my mom.
Beautiful Way - Beck: Really sexy little number.  I can't figure out why.  Beck's voice just makes me melt.
Big Brown Eyes- the Old 97's: Rhett Miller played this song just for me when I saw him at the Apple Store several years ago.  It was my theme song at the time.  "You've made a big impression for a girl of your size".
The Best - Tina Turner: This song helped me grow up.  Nothing like having Tina tell you that you're 'simply the best, better than all the rest, better than anyone, anyone one I've ever met' to boost your confidence.
Birdhouse in Your Soul - They Might Be Giants: My original favorite TMBG tune.  Unbelievably clever lyrics, wonderful catchy tune, deep philosophical lines.
Blasting Fonda - Wilco: My favorite Wilco rarity.  The production is beautiful and it's such a raw, open song.  Some of the best Jeff Tweedy there is, I think.
Boulder to Birmingham - Emmylou Harris: Truly a tearjerker.  Written for Gram Parsons after he died.  It's one of my mom's favorites and I think it's lovely.
