this is it in a nutshell:
it's about a girl named caitlin who admires a local filmmaker name tj byrd, and tries to become friends with him, but has trouble getting around the fact that he's actually a human, not just a celebrity. and he begins to see her as a human being someone he protects in the end, rather than just an overly exuberant fan.
