Still in Portland. Missing Long Beach. It would be nice to have the friends back and be living in an area that is comfortable. But is it better to stay in a place thats comfortable or move on to newer pastures?
The newer pastures have been fun and would be better if I had a job. My thoughts constantly revolve around finding a job. I've been looking for anything, from restaurant staff to administrative assistants. and nothing. Apparently having a food safety training card is a must to work in restaurants.....which I have got from my last work but never received the card or anything. Plus not sure if they accept it from a different state. Anyways, job searching sucks and kinda second guessing the move. BUT I'm getting used to the weather and I'm going to be volunteering at the OHS(Oregon humane society). I'm getting tired of sitting around and playing wii all day. It will be awesome to play with cats since I can't own any right now.
