It has been a long time
So I'll be quick. I've had a pretty rough week with some sad things (funeral home, funeral, wake..etc). I don't want to trivialize the subject with a LJ post......so, I'll stick to only happy stuff for this post:
-Cathy and I are engaged! May 2009! Most of you probably know that already, but I figure I would make it public.
-LOST is back on the air!!! IT IS AWESOME
-The HIgh School rehearsals have begun. My head is not in the game this year. It will be fine though.
-No Country for Old Men was incredible
-This is going to be a quiet concert year for me I think. No major festivals. (Sorry, Lolla) I need to save some money. I have some MAJOR expenses on the horizon for the next 15 months. I will see Radiohead one way or another though. (Rumor has it they are playing Cleveland and Philly this summer). Otherwise it will be a bunch of free shows for me!
-Zooey is releasing an album!!!!!! (the actress..not my cat)
-The no red meat thing is going well.
-The no deep fried food vow is a bit harder to keep. I must admit to getting some fries the other day. Oh well.
Congrats to Kara V! She just got engaged too!!!!!
Congrats also to Gretchen B! She may be Broadway bound!!!! YESSSSSSS (I taught her everything she knows)
I hope Tom Brady gets food poisoning this weekend.
