So yesterday, I'm cleaning/reorganizing my room. I'm planning on getting a bookshelf, so part of the procedure consists of relocating my (hundreds) of books to a new, temporary home before I organize and shelve them. In the process, I found this book, Caliban and Witch, and I think "Aha! I'll totally need this to write my paper for Environmental Justice!", and I set it aside. Later, I'm putting the books away, and I distinctly remember wanting to put it away, but thinking that I would never find it again if I put it where I wanted to.
And now, only a day later, I can't remember if I actually put it there, or put it somewhere else. I dug through the whole stack of books, but can't seem to find it. How ridiculous. I should have just put it in my book bag when I found it. So, now I have to decide if I A)want to get it from the library, B) Just buy another copy, since I use it all the time, or C)Ask my professor if I can borrow it from him.
I don't really want to ask Pena if I can borrow it, because I'm still only working on my first essay, and then I'd have to wait till Thursday to get it from him, if he remembered, and that would delay the submission of my first paper by that much longer.
Joy.
