Nov 03, 2006 12:45

91C just before coming ashore near
NW Washington & SW British Columbia

Having been moving over progressively colder waters,
91C has lost most of it's tropical characteristics now,
but still packing a tropical storm-like punch as it makes landfall in
extreme Northwest Washington state/British Columbia!
