EPac Subtropical Cyclone?

There are only a few subtropical (storms/hurricanes) on record in the East Pacific (EPac) ... however, there is an impressive low at 20N/145W right now.

I'm not saying it's forming into a subtropical storm, but it got me thinking.

Any thoughts?
