Proper update later, but oh my god I HAVE to do this RIGHT NOW! This is so awesome!
All the way through growing up, if we ever had to miss the ITV Chart Show on a Saturday morning for any reason whatsoever, my brother would insist on taping it.
And there was one particularly awesome one that we watched over and over again all through the rest of the nineties (the Dance Chart was full of bangin' choons, including The Prodigy! YAY!) which had this fantastic little tune on it (with a wonderfully silly video), which I totally love! Unfortunately, other than this one random Chart Show episode, I have never heard anything of either the song or the band ever since. Since the dawn of the internet (and the death of VHS, meaning I can't even watch it any more), all attempts to track it down on google, itunes, youtube, those crazy question texting services, have all met with epic failure.
Until now!
It's finally made it onto youtube! 16 years later! I thought it was lost to me forever but now I can watch it anytime I like! My joy is unsurpassed! I even created a youtube account specifically to comment and say so (and to whinge for them taking so long!). After which, I then realised that most of the rest of the comments have been left by either the band or their mates! Argh! Inadvertant fangirling! But hey, at least I now know they have albums!!
