(no subject)
Hairdresser is ill! Not pleased :-( SO that means i've got to have long hair for a while! Which isn't good coz it's just got to that time when it's too long to gell - or it just goes flat - which isn't good really! So i'm not that impressed but it's not her fault - unless it's a hangover!
Went out last night to the Broadwalk - and we got to draw on the tables! Which was the best part of the evening! LOL I ordered some chicken with bacon on top and melted cheese - when it came it was a plate of chips(covered in pepper - yuk)then a small piece of chicken smaller than the palm of your hand! Not impressed!
Then when the bill arrived it was around £138then the waitress had crossed that out and written £151 then at the bottom wrote "+10% descretionary service charge - Thanks! Charlene!!" So we paid the £151 coz we thought we had to!
When i got in m mum said because it was discretional we didn't have to pay any of it! but we thought we did because of the way the total was crossed out and then written underneath! So my mum says she's going to ring them up and ask the manager to see if it's company policy for the waiters/waitress'to write that on the bottom. I'd also want to know - why 10%! Surely by eating the meal we are paying her wages! I'm sooooooo annoyed now!!!!!
