Last night I had the best sleep I can remember having for months. I was so comfy and sound asleep. Needless to say I purposely slept in a bit. This meant that I didn't make it to the gym in the morning like I originally planned. I've wanted to go to the gym in the morning for ages but I never end up going. I just love my sleep too much. Shitty thing is for some reason my back has been bothering me all day. I really don't know what I did to provoke it. I'm going to ignore it for now and just not lift anything heavy for a couple days.
Whoops, looks like I haven't done a journal entry in a month. I guess I'll skip doing a catch up entry this time.
