I'm doing out of time at the moment, but I'm not sure how to use the abbreviations. I'm trying to do actions, but kinda failing miserably. I can do the dialogue, but if anyone can offer any help for actions...?

What help do you need for the actions? If it's just description, just write whatever you think they're doing. Similies are great for this, so you can say, "The Torchwood Team run around the corner like a bat out of hell". Or something to that effect XD

I must annoy you like hell, but I have another thing to ask. On out of time when they're given false IDs, John says his is David Ward. On the Torchwood External Hub it says David John Morrison. Shall I put what's in the ep?

Because it's a transcription of the episode, you should put in what you hear in the episode. If there's any doubts, it can be fixed when you get it beta'd or when you post it :D
