Miracle Day Episode-Centric Posts!
You voted! There will be a total of three posts per week dedicated to the new episodes.
Friday Evening Watchalongs: Starting on July 8th, teamharkness will host a weekly watchalong post. It will go up before the new episode airs on Starz, and be open for the duration of the airing. You can stop in prior to the episode to discuss last week's episode and make predictions/ask questions about the new one, comment in real-time as the show airs, or pop by afterwards to reply to comments or leave your post-show reactions. This post will definitely be heavy on squee and quick, ad-hoc comments. I can't promise that everyone participating will be sober by the end. (Judging by our previous watchalongs, anyway).
Saturday Reaction/Roundup: Starting July 9th, miss_bekahrose will put up a weekly reaction/roundup post. This post will likely veer a bit more serious/structured. Feel free to leave your more detailed comments in reaction to the previous night's episode here, ask questions for discussion/clarification, link to reviews, meta, and reaction posts in your personal journal for people to read, or alert the comm to reviews elsewhere on the web. Squee, serious discussion, and criticism will all be welcome. However, that being said, this is still Gleeclub, so bashing comments (of actors, of characters, of writers, of other fans) and wank will continue to be banned. Mods will have the final say on what is bashing and what is wank. Keep it civil and you should be fine. We will post a clearer set of rules and guidelines closer to the day.
BBC Reaction Post: Starting July 14th, madder_rose will be posting a weekly reaction post just prior to the BBC airing. UK viewers who are watching the BBC broadcast can discuss the latest episode here in realtime, as well as people who missed the earlier discussions or just want a second go-round. This will also be the post to link to youtube videos of the UK ~bonus material~ for everyone in the comm to watch and obsess over, or to discuss other differences between the UK and US broadcasts.
If a Friday or Saturday goes by without a post, or if there seems like the watchalong post is late, please pm thepyromanical1 or myself so we can arrange for an alternate post to be made, or make one ourselves.
I or another mod will assign every post a numerical episode tag (ie s4.**) for easy reference. ALL POSTS WILL HAVE SPOILERS FOR THE EPISODE BEING DISCUSSED IN THEIR COMMENTS. Spoilers pertaining to upcoming episodes must be put in a separate post and under a cut, as per the usual rules.
