Crossover Request - Torchenity, Anyone?
I know it's a lot of characters to juggle, but you know what I would absolutely love to read? A fic where Serenity gets spat out of the rift for a little while.
I imagine that everybody would be slightly wary of their professional counterpart at the other organization at first, but that eventually there would be some really fantastic scenes involving everyone eating lots of fruit and swapping crazy stories. And of course River would be completely superior and smug when Jack backs her up on her explanations of how time travel works.
There are any number of directions the character interactions could go, like Simon and Ianto understanding immediately how much they have in common and Jack getting weird/jealous (Simon's beautiful suits may make end up making this dynamic much more *ahem* complicated), or Kaylee and Tosh working up a nice little mutual techy-girl crush, or Jayne discovering Weevil hunting, or the Captains getting teased about their love of suspenders.
