As stated before, this is a very interesting take on what could have been... I love it! I especially liked Ianto serving the coffee and Owen's foot-in-mouth comment (not that he would have probably felt that way, being WHO he is lol) about him just being the tea-boy. It was a nice tie-in with canon.

You should honestly start a series using this as a prologue (** please, pretty please **)it's fantastic!

Loved the characterisation, in that you kept the characters 'voices' while changing their environment. That and the fact that the flow of the story had a nice 'flow' to it made reading the story really enjoyable.
