Thanks a lot! The Master is still a rather easy character for me to write. By the way, is there still a chance of a story of yours showing up for the current wintercompanion challenge?
I have to agree with the previous responses to this story. You have a very good grasp on the Master's personality and his motivations. I really enjoyed this story.
I think my favorite part was the Master's realization that he wasn't going to get the chance to play puppeteer with the Doctor and how he reacted when he realized how horrific the Doctor's experiences really were.
The Master is normally so sure and in control of himself and his environment that it's interesting to see him so unbalanced.
Besides that I have a soft spot for poor broken Crazy!Doctor. Nicely wirtten as always.
For now he stayed by his side, however, because it was a delicious sight to watch him struggle and fight in vain now the Master knew him to be saved.
Quite a perfect characterization of the Master throughout, having the control taken from him. Really enjoyable and sometimes terrifying fic. To think of the Doctor like that . . . Wow. Loved the ending line, as well.

I'll probably write mine half an hour before the challenge closes. It'll be a drabble so that's okay.
