“Tell me what I’m thinking.” The command is rhetorical; the Doctor already knows what is being thought, but he cannot resist the sound of his own voice.
“You’re thinking what I’m thinking,” he answers. “You don’t need a Time Lord’s psychic abilities for that.”
“Just a human’s libido,” his double chuckles, teasing two fingers beneath the Doctor’s waistband. He steps in closer, fitting his mouth against the Doctor’s ear. “Give us what we want,” he commands again. It’s still rhetorical; the Doctor knows his body as well as his words, but he likes his words.
“Tell me what you’d like.”
