If you clim one of these fics your deadline will not be 5th November, but rather the day before the fic's posting date. Meaning the very earliest your deadline would be is 11th November.

When it comes to actually posting the art you can post it wherever you like - as long as you mention the challenge and give us a link to it. You should post it on (and not before) the artist's posting date.
You should also co-ordinate with your author, though, even if it's just to make sure you have links to each other's submissions.
