Torchwood Big Bang Round 3

Sorry for the delay in responding to questions about when Round 3 will be happening!
We've decided to hold off on the next round until after Torchwood: Miracle Day starts airing so that we can give people the chance to use characters/storylines that are introduced during Miracle Day. That means sign ups will probably be mid-July, with posting being October/November time!
Also erin_giles has offered to help out with the Big Bang this round & is now a mod. She'll be dropping in at some point with a new layout & header for the community & will also be helping us sort out our tags and the delicious account!
