Doctor Who and the Agency of Time Fan Film

May 23, 2008 18:40

This was my final project for my TV 1 class and I like to think it's a pretty enjoyable little episode. It relates to Torchwood in 2 ways; 1. it's about the Time Agency 2. There is a vague mention of Jack. In a wibbly-wobbly sort of way.

Title: Doctor Who and the Agency of Time
By: Matt Hearn and John Cox, script editing by Salina Conlan (me)
Rated: G - Adventure story
Characters: 7th Doctor, Ace, 4 Original Time Agency characters*. No pairing (unless you count a concealed compliment about Jack from the Doctor.)
Running time: 9:01
Disclaimer: Doctor who and affiliated characters belong to the BBC and Big Finish. 7th Doctor was originally portrayed by Sylvester McCoy and Ace by Sophie Aldred. Music belongs to Murray Gold and "Doctor Who theme music was created in 1963, composed by Ron Grainer and "realised" with electronics by Delia Derbyshire of the BBC Radiophonic Workshop." -Wikipedia. I'm not making any money off of this, nor do I claim that the concepts here are my own.
Notes: I was responsible for set design and construction, Ace's costume, production coordination, post-studio editing, and the intro scene and title sequence sans the logo (made by EstelofImladris) and face picture. The main body of this piece was shot live in the studio at my college with 4 cameras. EstelofImladris was also the wardrobe coordinator and responsible for the Time Agents costumes. LadyEntropy was our script supervisor. *Agent Hart isn't supposed to be James Marster's John Hart, but possibly the agent he worked with and stole the name from. The names are all H names as a joke.
