Tattoo

So Nate and I were supposed to start the tattoo at 1:00ish. In reality, we started doing the the tracing and stenciling around 4ish. By the time that we got the whole thing placed on me in a really cool way that I was really happy with, it was about 7:30ish. I was feeling light-headed and not so well, so we took a break so that I could rest and get some food in my stomache. We start doing the bloodline, and it turns out that it was just too much for me to handle. It was a lot of pain, and it's a very big piece. I just couldn't take it. So now it's 9:45ish and Nate is redrawing the stencils so that we can put them on a different part of my body that is less painful, but still visible if I want to show it. I still really want to get this done tonight so that I can rest with it all day tomorrow and then most of the day on Monday. We'll probably end up doing just the outline and then doing the color later. That's what Nate thinks is the best. I'm just so excited about this, and I really wanted to start early in the day, and get it on my side. But that's not reality. I still think this is going to be an amazing piece, and it means so much to me. I want it to be perfect. I just wish it could've gone perfectly. Oh, well. It is wha it is.

About the job hunt: I have a first interview/test run on Thursday at a really nice salon in Sparta. It's right on the main street and everyone there just seems so nice. It's a really nice salon. So everyone wish me good luck and send me good thoughts.
