Estelle: someone he loved then left because he didn’t age. But he came back as his own son, so he wouldn’t have to give her up.
Greedy.
Ianto: quiet, meticulous and precise. Bleeding from many huge emotional wounds, yet offering comfort when Jack had to kill Suzie. He took it, and kept on taking it.
Greedy.
Gwen: a bit of fresh normality in the crazy Torchwood world. So open to new ideas, and looking at him with eyes full of hero-worship. But sometime, somehow, Owen stepped in and claimed her, and Jack let him.
Maybe not so greedy.
