tvrealm is an interactive community called a "landcomm." Basically we host challenges in writing, graphics, and puzzles for members to complete with any TV fandom they desire. I have a more general question, so let me post it here. If I create something for a challenge that doesn't involve voting or anonymous posting, can I also repost my fanwork elsewhere (e.g. on Tumblr)? If so, can I do it any time, or only after the challenge is closed and points are tallied?

You can repost at anytime anywhere! Unless of course, as you said, it's a voting or anonymous posting challenge. But we'll usually specifically say you can't post elsewhere--if we don't say anything, you can post anywhere even if the challenge isn't closed/tallied.
