I meant a mirror image done only once, preferably--the direction of which (horizontal or vertical) is up to the maker. I wouldn't say no to the actual mirror, though. That would be a real challenge!
As far as grayscale, that is basically removing all color from an image so that only shades of black, white, and gray are left (like "black and white television," but better picture quality *smile*). This is usually accomplished either by using a "desaturation" filter or turning the "saturation" filter all the way down to 0.

Fo greyscale do you just mean color the icon in a grey color, use a grey gradient, ect? or something else?
LOVE those two shows. I almost went with Lucifer this round but figured I've been doing so many shows it was time to do a movie.
