scarlett2112 / Elena's is the owner of a busy department store. She expects Ric or Stefan (whomever you choose) to show up to play Santa Claus. Damon is the middle of a high stakes poker game when he finds his pockets empty. Ric or Stefan happen by and give him the cash on the condition that Damon do has do something for him. He's under the impression that he has to pick something up at Elena's store when what he really has to do is be the Santa Claus. Playing Santa is not something Damon's is prepared to do and tries to walk out. However, Elena isn't one to say no to. You take it from here. Sex is optional. Bonus points for a kid, either a cute one, that melts Damon's heart or one that drives him crazy the same way that Elena does?

tamilnadu09 / No one in the scooby gang has any christmas plans for one reason or another so Elena drags everyone onto a Murder Mystery Train (they can be vampires or humans, whatever fits the story best). Everyone is grumbling and reluctant- especially Damon- but the others eventually get really INTO it. Except for Damon, who wanders off in the middle of the whole mystery thing. Elena notices he's gone and they end up in a secluded part of the train by themselves. Here they can either have a heartfelt conversation about why he dislikes Christmas, or....other hijinks can ensue ;)

It’s Christmas eve in Mystic Falls and Damon is all alone at the boarding house drinking his Christmas away while the others are attending a party at the Lockwood mansion. Katherine blows back into town and decides to have a little fun with Damon by presenting herself as his Christmas present--pretending to be Elena, of course. Elena feels bad that Damon is all alone, so she goes to the boarding house and catches Kat & Damon flirting or even kissing (nothing further than that please) and is outraged Katherine is playing her mind games again. Katherine’s motivations are up to you...she can either be serious in her efforts to seduce Damon because let’s face it, he’s gorgeous, or you can simply have her doing this because she’s bored and just wants to play with his head (as she likes to do), or another reason of your design, the choice is entirely yours. Jealous Elena is a must! Elena realizing she has real feelings for Damon is a must! Damon can either know it is Katherine right away and simply be playing along to see what she wants or he could honestly be fooled again until Elena arrives...your choice. Bonus points for Elena giving Katherine a good old fashioned smack across the face for messing with Damon like that. Double bonus points for anyone who can deliver a drunk & snarky Damon, but show his vulnerable side at the same time. The ending to this piece is entirely up to you...it can be smutty (like I love) or fluffy… either way, the end-game is Elena giving Damon his first “holly-jolly Christmas” ever!
