Here's the preliminary timeline for 2010. Dates may change depending on how things work (this is our first time) but hopefully things will go as planned!
May 23rd: All sign-ups begin
June 20th: Authors sign-ups close
June 30th: Check-in #1
August 10th: Check-in #2
August 20th: Authors rough drafts due
August 20th: Artists sign-ups close
August 25th: Artists claims day
August 30th: The big reveal!
September 25th: Artists drafts due
October 1st: Posting schedule revealed
