Achievements and Resolutions.
This is not bragging or anything egoistic. I'm keeping account of my achievements and upcoming resolutions for the rest of this year. Now you know why I haven't updated my blog in such a long time. I'm getting older and I need to achieve as much as I can before I get burnt out and lazy.
Achievements in 2007 and early 2008:
1. Recorded a promo, an upcoming music video and an upcoming second full-length with ABSENCE OF THE SACRED
2. Recorded "Formidonis Nex Cultus" with IMPIETY
3. Toured Europe on the STORM OF THE ANTICHRIST Tour with WATAIN
4. Shared the stage with ENSLAVED, KEEP OF KALESSIN, SETHERIAL and CORPUS CHRISTII
5. Appeared in major publications with IMPIETY such as Metal Maniacs/Sounds of Death/Close Up/Rock Hard/Life! (Straits Times Newspaper)/Tolerance/Blabbermouth/etc
6. Appeared in major publications with ABSENCE OF THE SACRED such as Metal Hammer/Today (Newspaper)/Aging Youth/Blabbermouth/etc
Resolutions for the rest of 2008:
1. Have my book of mixed media (graphic design and literature) published
2. Get ABSENCE OF THE SACRED signed and release the upcoming second full-length CD
3. Have a successful album launch + video launch on 28th February 2008
4. Tour with ABSENCE OF THE SACRED overseas
5. Visit girlfriend in Russia
6. Go backpacking with Sean in Europe at the end of the year
Not bad for an abandoned son, eh Dad? Not that you care anyway.
