The two Muslim ladies at work were talking about her this morning. She's really going to be missed. That's a great picture to remember her with, though.
I was at the family's all week for the holidays and my brother-in-law read the newspaper every single day (dissecting the paper is always a huge production with him too as he freaks out if anyone touches anything nearby when he's got the pages sorted out in "already read" and "to read next" stacks) and never once mentioned this. He occasionally commented on football-related articles and a few print advertisements, but somehow didn't consider this worth mentioning. I didn't hear anything about it until days later when I got back home. The indifference itself freaks me out.
