Work bummed me out today. Completely. So then I get home, and I get even more bummed out.
Long story short, the internet reminded me that some folks will never get over anything, and will go to great lengths to try and make my life "hell." It's like a gossip circle, like the ones in high school who said things like, "Becky was kind of bitchy this morning" and it gets turned into "Becky is a goddamn whore" after a few ears hear it the wrong way. It's more annoying than it is an actual Hell. I don't like being annoyed, and I'm seriously thinking about fighting back at the annoying party (or parties) in question. It's a question of whether or not being a complete dick is worth my time and energy, especially since I'm pretty fucking happy as-is.
I dunno. I'm just in a bad mood. Once Claire gets here, I'll be doing a helluva lot better.
