I love My work
Georgie, one of my patients, is an elderly man who has developmental disabilities.
For years I'd ask him at the beginning of my shift "what you been doing George?" and he'd say "Shoe in a bowl!...yack yack all day..."..
I just realized last week when he said "shoe in the bowl shit" ...he's actually saying "shootin' the bull..."
:D I laughed really hard. He told me I have birds in the head.
