Firstly, thank you for all the birthday wishes! I had a fantastic day, we had Marcus' party that day so it ended up being a joint affair, which I loved. Pics below the cut. :)
Our annual holiday in Cornwall was amazing. I love it there, wish I could go more than once a year! We even got good weather for most of it! It rained for two days and the rest of the week was perfect, bright and sunny. For the last two years I've been wanting to take a boat trip, but there was always a reason why we couldn't. So this year I took two. :P Only intended to take one, but Aedan desperately wanted to go on a glass bottomed boat, so we did that too.
I have a new hobby, my friend is a kickboxing instructor and is giving me lessons. I originally only took it to get fit, but I've ended up really enjoying it!
Still making chocolates, but not much profit, so a couple of months ago I bought a candyfloss machine to make a bit more money. It's a lot of fun and I am getting bookings now, so yay! Not giving up the chocs, just diversifying a bit!
Smudge is also doing great. He's settled in beautifully with my uncle, I get regular calls, texts and pictures. And even better, he's made a difference to my uncle's life. He's not alone anymore. So, it all worked out in the end. :)
