What a week....
All I have to say is that last week was overall a crazy week. As the week went on it got better and better. I will give you a little recap as to what went on:
Tuesday- Went home hung out with Rich and Matt and just talked about everything that was going on, went to Seth's house,chit chatted and went back to his office to watch a movie.
Wednesday- Wake for Kevin and then all went to sylvan street after for dinner and it was a nice gathering with everyone. There were about 50 or more ppl there all hanging out and talking about the good times with Kevin. It was so good to see everyone together too bad it was on a sad occasion. After dinner Rich and I went back to his house, hung out with the fam and just talked.
Thursday- Went to Kev's funeral which was so sad and then after went to lunch with some good people. I feel so much better knowing that he is at peace. WE Love you kev 9-18-05
Later on Me, Rich, Matt, Sarah, Stacie and AJ went to Leather and Lace and it was def classic. I have never seen the boys soo flustered and excited. Matt tried buying me a show but I wanted no part of it...soo not me! After that we went to Sarah's and hung out for a good part of the night then I went home to bed.
Friday-I went to the gym, hung out at my sisters, went to the AHS football game to see my little brother Steve play with Joss and then Ryan and I went out for Tea and a drive down the beach, just like old times. It was nice...we had a descent conversation, laughed, talked about old times and how we used to date..ha!, got serious but best of all....WE DIDN'T FIGHT!!! That is good! After that I went home chatted with Rich for a few then went to bed.
Saturday- Went to the gym then hung out at Twin Lanterns Dairy Bar because they were having a big yard sale and since my whole fam was there I just hung out there. After that I went to dinner with my parents and then hung out with Matt, Rich and my sister and Jilly came by after work. Matt and I discussed our wedding and bonded and called it a night!
Sunday- Got up @7:45 went to the gym @8 then called Ry, picked him up and went to breakfast at The Kettle and then Matt joined us for some food. It was just like old times...everyone make fun of Mel and give her crap about Mountain Top Boys...haha but its all good, they had to make up for lost time. I think I laughed my butt off, Ryan got me good too pretending to call Dan and shit...haha Good one Ry! After b-fast I went grocery shopping with my sister, did laundry, went to Richard's house, helped them work on the house, SMASHED MY HEAD ON THE DOORWAY INTO THE HOUSE( Major Egg on my head) everyone laughed including me...haha! Then Rich and I made a mean breakfast for lunch and then I headed back to school.
So here I sit doing a shitload of HW since I missed school for 2 days and it feels like I was out for a month. But yeah things are good, and hopefully this week will be a lot better then last. Tim said something at the funeral that will stay with me forever... "There's nothing left to do but to smile smile smile", just what Kevin would want us to do....RIP Buddy we will miss you.
