The Cronicles of Yesterday...
OK, unlike many other things that I have signed up for (most specifically Deviantart), I have remembered to update this journal! Anyway, I'm in school right now, typing this entry in Computer class. The teacher does not seem to mind at all...
I finished MOST of my Science repot yesterday. Still, I must complete the opening and closing paragraphs and the works cited page. After school today is all I have, but still, it's not much. My father said that maybe I should start my work early and not wait until the last minute. I think I will try to heed his advice, though I haven't been able to for the past 5 or so times...oh well...
Anyway, I went and played DDR and ITG yesterday at AFCTroy. I would of played Percussions Freaks(the marquee says Drummania(sp)) but according to a few kids it was not acepting tokens. But before that, the token slot was jammed with coins, and so a kid went to ask the guy to get it out. The kid was rewarded with about 20 tokens! Why didn't I ask?! Still, I got my first REAL crowd yesterday. It was I think my 4th DDR set that day, and on the last song. I decided to play Buring Heat heavy. A guy that was hanging onto the bar behind me watching a little kid play ITG on easy decided to move back to the hockey table. He proabably thought that I was going to use the bar for some reason. Also, the 2 kids next to me were resting from a song and watched me for a while. One of them had just finished Buring Heat Heavy herself, so maybe she wanted to see that I could do it. I can, but so far my only passes were at home. Anyway, I get through half of the song. Then I fail...even before the double stepping! I couldn't believe it! Hopefully, none of them will remember me next time, but I'm pretty recognizable, so that sucks. Still, I can't wait for the tourney!
