If somebody told me they were planning on mixing Lana Del Rey and The Smiths together, I would've most likely yelled 'HOW DARE YOU! BLASFEMY! MUSICAL RAPE! YOU'LL RUIN BOTH SONGS, THIS IDEA IS HORRIBLE' and continued to plot their death.
But - and I don't get this either - now that somebody went and did it, I have to confess this is one of the most intriguing (and listenable!) things I've seen in quite a while.
