Mod Post! July Theme!
I think the slump might be ending soon. Only problem is, while people start finishing their finals, I'll be knee-deep in college work (darn, I'm a senior now! XD).
Anyway, we have a bunch of apps that need your votes here. A lot of people missing vote links here.
Announcement: We're thinking of temporarily changing the rules so that you can't post an app if you don't have 3 vote links. Our big problem is that, lately, a lot of apps are getting deleted. <.<;
That is, some people post their apps, get the right number of votes on their app, but then never return to vote on other people's apps. No 3 vote links = no stamp. :( If we make it so that you have to have your links in as soon as you post, then we won't have that problem anymore.
Thoughts? Suggestions? :3
The real point of this post, however, is the July theme. Time to vote yet again!
Tutu Tropes
Which Tutu Trope are you?
For those who also roam princesstutu, you might have come across sabssmith's post about the Trope Enyclopedia entry on Princess Tutu here. According to the encyclopedia, "Trope refers to story components or elements which have become standardized through decades (or more) of use." Some examples of tropes in Tutu are "Tall, Dark, and Snarky", "Scary Shiny Glasses", and "Bishie Sparkle". We might have some difficulty choosing which are ideal to use for a theme (since they're not all 'roles' but 'feelings' and 'themes' as well. But it's interesting and hilarious. XD)

Which character would you compete with the most?
Character Look-alike
Which character do you look like the most?
To put it simply, mirror theme! :D In the usual stamping comm, pictures of the person applying are posted and voters compare them to the characters. We'd like to do something different for us, though (especially since we don't all want to post photos/have photos to post). ;) We're giving the option to either post pictures, give very detailed descriptions, or post drawings/sketches/doodles of themselves. XXDD There will be guidelines and such for this and we could all brainstorm together. XD
Character Voice-alike
Which character do you sound like the most?
We'll be posting short recordings of our voices. You'll also be recording your answers to a few questions. This can be done ala voice post or recording on your pc.
Character Powers
Which magical power would you have? (from the show)
Stamp examples from Tomoyo-chan: Flower Waltz (Tutu & even Siegfried), Heart Seal (Siegfried; the shattering of his heart to seal the Raven), Raven Attack (Kraehe & the Raven), Spinner of Stories (Fakir's and Drosselmeyer's power to bring stories to life), Raven's Blood (the power to turn people into ravens), Loophole in Time (Drosselmeyer, Edel, and Uzura's ability to go between the 'real' world and the dimensional gap))
Plus this theme from the deliberation for the February theme.
Pas de Deux
These would include the different pas de deux from the show (e.g. Ahiru & Fakir -- Sleeping Beauty, Prince Mytho and Princess Rue's pas de deux at the end of season 2, etc.). For a more complete list, click here.
This would be kind of like how we stamped people for the Soundtrack theme (that is, feelings and emotions as well as the relationship conveyed during the pas de deux and figuring out if they fit the stampee's personality; I think we did well with the Soundtrack theme ;) )
We also have all our past theme suggestions. You can have a refresher by looking at their descriptions here.
