there was a similar article in tharunka. controversy over initial copies of the game 'grand theft auto: san andreas' because the creators had put in a hidden component that could be unlocked when hacked. it was basically a simulated sex scene. this caused a lot of public backlash, despite the fact that in the game itself you steal cars, pimp hookers, and can stab a person in the neck.

society's moral standards are rather funny.
